Condemned in 2015, the mausoleum is structurally unsound and has many leaks. Abandoned by prior owners, the 6-acre cemetery and mausoleum is now officially neglected with nobody willing to take on the liability and responsibility for its upkeep. Many people do not have the money to remove and relocate their loved ones so many remain entombed.
